So I came down with tonsillitis and now what feels like the flu, thank god there were medics at kings canyon so I could get antibiotics, but could not do another walk in the cold so Col took a couple of the kids on the kings canyon river walk

Or better known as Katherine Gorge, just stunning, the gorge looked metallic in some areas, the cruise was good and our guide was very knowledgeable. We drove off to Edith Falls one of our days also, nice down time here.

And lastly we also went to a water fall and swimming hole that isn’t well known to tourists, so we packed a lunch and off we went, it was amazing! And we had the place to ourselves, very well worth it.

We made it to Kakadu and stayed at Cooinda campground, such a beautiful resort and located right at yellow waters river cruise, so time to see some crocs!
